How to Hike in Himalayas
You like travelling; I like travelling; we all like travelling. Well, most of us do. Would you prefer to travel alone or with a partner(s)? Different people have different opinions because everyone has her/his own reason to travel. Some travel alone, some in group and some only like to travel with their one special partner. Some of us, simply travel to visit a place; some travel, just to travel and enjoy the journey. The first kind are who are usually more excited about reaching the destination than focussing on the journey; well, mostly. The other kind of folks don’t really care about the destination. They just keep enjoying throughout the journey and surrender themselves to it. Which kind you are of?
Once in July, I visited Mcleodganj, Himachal Pradesh; I must say that the trip was fantastic. When we take off of our “daily activities” and do something which we really like to do or go somewhere we really want to go, we find a great inner peace which is one of the best feelings ever. The trip started at one of the three most crowded bus terminals in Delhi which is Inter State Bus Terminal, Kashmere Gate. I like bus journeys more than air or train ones. They allow you to enjoy your journey more and watch the beauty of nature on the way to your destination. Well, I couldn’t say the same until I was out of Delhi. The journey started in the evening, which takes approximately 10 hours to visit Dharamshala. The traffic was as usually slow, and I had nothing which I could have enjoyed by looking out of the window. Most of my journey was at night and I had nothing much to see on the way as it was completely dark outside. So, I took a sleep of a few hours and woke up early in the morning. I didn’t set alarm, but I woke up at around 5AM when the cloak of darkness began to fade away. When you have a desire or aspiration of achieving something, you don’t need a succour (assistance); you simply do it yourself without much help of others or amenities.
